Is every piece an original?
Yes. Every painting and sculpture is one of a kind, made by hand in Robertson. Once it is sold, it is gone.
How is art delivered?
Small works can go to a PUDO locker near you. Large canvases and tall sculptures go door to door by courier. You see the price at checkout before you pay.
Can I collect?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and collect from the studio at 41 Adderley Street, Robertson.
Do the paintings need a frame?
Most are on box canvas with painted edges and are ready to hang as they are. Framed pieces say so in their details.
How do I care for a painting?
Hang it out of direct sun and away from damp. Dust it gently with a soft, dry brush. Never use water or cleaning products.
How do I care for a sculpture?
The figures are made from paper pulp, so keep them indoors and dry. Dust with a soft brush.
Encaustic needs special care?
Wax softens in heat. Keep encaustic work away from direct sun, heaters and hot cars. A gentle buff with a soft cloth brings back the shine.
