This sculpture evokes the feeling of an observer watching over a changing society or neighbourhood. It suggests a warrior from a forgotten or ancestral time. The use of rope at the base adds a grounded, tactile element that contrasts with the painted, patterned body. Sculpted by hand from recycled egg carton pulp and wood glue. Painted with acrylic and sealed for indoor display.
